EACMFS AWARD
The EACMFS Award represents a distinguished opportunity for young researchers to gain international recognition for their scientific work. Organised in collaboration with the European Association for Cranio-Maxillo-Facial Surgery (EACMFS), this award highlights excellence in oral presentations delivered in English, encouraging high standards of research and communication skills within the maxillofacial community.
A total of ten awards will be conferred to outstanding trainee participants who excel in their oral presentations:
- Free registration to the 28th EACMFS Congress in Athens 2026 will be granted to the top five presenters who demonstrate outstanding scientific merit, originality, and clarity in their presentations.
- The remaining five winners will receive a one-year complimentary EACMFS membership, granting them access to exclusive educational resources, networking opportunities, and professional development activities within the European maxillofacial surgery community.
To be eligible for the award, participants must be EACMFS trainee members at the time of the Congress. Eligible participants must submit an abstract by April 15, 2025, specifying “EACMFS” in the Congress submission. The selection process will be conducted by an international jury of experts who will assess the submissions based on scientific quality, innovative contribution, and presentation skills.
This award not only recognizes excellence but also fosters international collaboration and knowledge exchange within the global surgical community.
