3D exoscopic view in reconstructive surgery of the facial massive

In maxillofacial surgery, the anatomical districts in the open field hide many pitfalls due to the countless important ribs and vessels. A perfect view of the surgical field is fundamental.
Exoscopy is becoming a remarkable support in this surgery thanks to a three-dimensional vision directly through the monitor that magnifies the vision itself compared to the human eye.
The aim of this course is the possibility of exercising manual skills in 3D vision through the monitor while taking advantage of the position that the exoscope offers.
